The Louisville Accountability group is the premier peer-to-peer network for upwardly mobile, success-oriented, and ambitious men and women that seek to make a positive impact within their communities and the region at large.

Our network of over thirty active and inactive members, and our professional relationships across the entire professional spectrum of the city of Louisville gives our group access to immense social capital and insider knowledge.

Past and present members are entrepreneurs, employees, CEOs, inventors, musicians, artists, non-profit coordinators, and website designers with backgrounds in financial services, real estate, industrial and consumer goods, legal services, entertainment and federal service.

The Accountability Group’s learning experience centers on improving the Members’ lives in the 5 most critical areas through critique and coaching, as well as exploring common issues of time management, professional development, organization skills, and goal setting.

Our success is built upon our Members’ willingness to share their best thinking, experience, curiosity, and integrity with their fellow Group Members, as well as the entire community.

The core of the Group experience is what occurs in our weekly sessions, which are completely confidential and managed by professional facilitators.  These forums are candid discussions and peer-to-peer relationship building among individuals facing the challenges and opportunities of managing their wealth, health, social, professional, and spiritual life.  Group Members who have risen to exceptional heights within corporations or as entrepreneurs and have experienced success outside of the Accountability Group join us because they recognize the need for feedback and involvement in a community of like-minded individuals.

Founded in 2010, The Louisville Accountability Group was founded when two friends saw the need for  a new way to manage and balance the challenges of everyday life. It is in this spirit that we have decided to extend an invitation to all who seek the same.
